This is an innovative way of staying at your stand whilst building that dream house. Reduces hustles of requiring city council approval of plans and cost of construction is significantly low compared with bricks. It’s a service we provide (in Harare and surrounding areas). This one is usually for families and not for churches and organisations unless it’s for special reasons. We charge per running metre and also note price doesn’t include the cost of the roof, floors, door and window frames but we assist in getting you reputable carpenters, builders to help you construct a home for you and your family.
